Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring proper storage and organization of materials and supplies.
- Stock Control: Monitor stock movements, conduct regular stock audits, and report discrepancies.
- Receiving and Dispatching: Oversee the receiving and dispatching of goods, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
- Order Processing: Process requisitions and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Quality Checks: Inspect incoming goods for quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and complies with safety regulations.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team for efficient stock flow and delivery schedules.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of inventory transactions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
