Purchasing Assistant
Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement operations in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth purchasing processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing cost-effective procurement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for goods and services.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
- Verify invoices, delivery notes, and supplier agreements for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Assist in resolving supply issues and vendor-related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory management is an advantage.
