Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and office supplies inventory.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Handle general office duties and assist in special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
