Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and forecasts to support business objectives.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, providing variance analysis and recommending cost control strategies.
• Cost Management: Analyze cost structures and suggest efficiency improvements to optimize profitability.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate policies.
• Data Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights for decision-making.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably within the logistics or moving industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
