Logistics Officer
Trustbend Logistics is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee and streamline our supply chain operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination of logistics activities, optimize workflows, and contribute to the seamless movement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and storage of goods.
- Manage logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Address and resolve any customer inquiries or complaints regarding logistics services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
