Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate local and international relocation shipments from origin to destination.
• Communicate with clients, transport providers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare logistics documentation including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company logistics procedures.
• Resolve delays, damages, or other logistics-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for packing, loading, and storage activities.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics operations and transactions.
• Prepare logistics reports and performance summaries for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or relocation services.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with UAE logistics and transport regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
