This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, ready to support smooth logistics operations both locally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating shipments for both local and international deliveries.
• Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Certificates of Origin (CoO).
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customs agents to resolve any shipping issues.
• Handle administrative tasks related to daily logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in logistics or a similar domain.
• Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
