We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth operations of all hardware, software, and networking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to staff, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• System Maintenance: Regularly maintain and update hardware and software systems, ensuring they are secure and functioning efficiently.
• Network Management: Assist in the management and troubleshooting of the company’s network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware malfunctions, software conflicts, and network disruptions.
• User Support: Provide training and guidance to employees on IT best practices and usage of various software and systems.
• Installation and Setup: Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new IT equipment and software.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues, solutions, and inventory of IT equipment.
• Security Compliance: Ensure that IT security protocols are followed and systems are safeguarded against potential threats.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and networking.
  • Knowledge of hardware setup and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Certifications: IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar qualifications are a plus.
• Behavior: Strong communication skills, proactive, and detail-oriented.
