This role is ideal for a technology-focused professional who can ensure smooth IT operations, maintain system reliability, and provide timely technical assistance to support the company’s logistics and relocation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems promptly.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
• Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Support company software systems used for logistics and operational management.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, assets, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for advanced technical support when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with firewall configuration, antivirus management, and data backup systems.
• Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
