Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies in compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
• Monitor workplace safety and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Organize safety training and awareness programs for employees.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, providing reports and recommendations.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, compliance reports, and incident investigations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and improve safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or construction.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to conduct training sessions and promote a strong safety culture.
