We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in Dubai, who will support the finance department in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts.
  • Help with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
  • Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
