Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company documents in both digital and physical formats.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, and organization of operational and administrative records.
• Control document versions and maintain updated records for accuracy.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and distribute documents when required.
• Prepare and manage logistics-related documentation and reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company files.
• Assist in document audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Archive completed documents systematically for future reference.
• Support administrative teams with documentation tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
