- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide detailed information about company services, pricing, and processes.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after services are completed.
- Support in building long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions.
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer issues calmly under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- High school diploma or higher education qualification.
