Customer Care Executive
Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for our clients, from initial inquiry to post-move support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about moving services, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate with the operations team to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather service feedback.
- Support the sales and logistics team with client communication and updates.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to promote client trust and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or moving services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
