The ideal candidate will handle all cash-related activities, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash transactions, payments, and receipts efficiently.
  • Record all financial transactions accurately in the system.
  • Handle customer payments and issue receipts promptly.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily cash reports.
  • Assist in processing invoices and maintaining financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Report discrepancies or errors to the finance department immediately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial dealings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or in a finance-related role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and capable of handling cash responsibly.
