Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Management: Process cash, credit, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Invoice Handling: Issue receipts and invoices to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Balance cash drawers and prepare daily reports for management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the system.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and provide assistance with payment-related issues.
  • Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash expenses and prepare related reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting or finance is an advantage.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting software.
    • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attributes: Trustworthy, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
