Admin Assistant
Trustbend Packers & Movers, a well-established logistics and relocation company based in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and office staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and office records accurately
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Support basic HR and accounting-related administrative tasks when required
- Ensure office supplies are monitored and replenished on time
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
