Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, booking requests, and providing information about our services.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Follow-up Communication: Conduct follow-up calls or emails post-service to gather feedback and ensure a positive experience.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of scheduled moves, keeping clients informed of any updates or changes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and any reported issues, submitting regular reports to the management team.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional services that may benefit the client, enhancing customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, reinforcing our reputation for reliable and friendly service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer care, preferably within the logistics or moving industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite to log interactions and manage client information.
