We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Officer to join our team at Trustbend Packers & Movers in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, supporting our logistics and packing operations, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure stock levels are updated regularly.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods and ensure they are handled properly.
• Manage warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor their performance.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
• Prepare reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and manage warehouse staff effectively.
• Proficient in inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance regulations.
• Valid UAE residency and the ability to work in Dubai.
