Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Engineer to manage and support the company’s IT systems at our Dubai office. This role ensures smooth daily IT operations, timely technical support, and secure system performance within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot system, application, and connectivity problems
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions
• Ensure regular system updates, data backups, and antivirus protection
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and repairs
• Support logistics and operational software systems
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and company standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with servers, backups, and cybersecurity practices
• Experience supporting ERP or logistics software is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently
