Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist customers with booking, tracking, and service-related queries.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain customer records, complaints, and service logs.
  • Support the sales team by generating leads and scheduling service appointments.

Qualifications:
