Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and route planning.
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Prepare and manage shipment documents, invoices, and transport records.
• Monitor the movement of vehicles and track shipments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates regarding their shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure proper dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of transportation procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to timely execution.
