Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage warehouse operations efficiently while ensuring accuracy, safety, and smooth workflow across all logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to avoid shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with drivers, logistics teams, and clients for timely delivery and collection of goods.
• Maintain proper storage practices and ensure items are handled safely.
• Supervise warehouse staff and guide them in completing tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Track damaged or missing items and report issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse duties.
