Admin Assistant
Join Trustbend Packers & Movers as an Admin Assistant and play a key role in supporting daily office operations within our Dubai branch. This position is perfect for individuals who are organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Support HR and management in preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff and management.
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation when required.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Provide general support to the operations team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.
