Finance Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in Dubai, who will support the finance department in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
 - Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems regularly.
 - Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
 - Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and other financial accounts.
 - Help with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
 - Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
 - Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation and reports.
 - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
 - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 - 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
 - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
 - Strong analytical and numerical skills.
 - Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
