We are looking for a dependable Storekeeper to join our Dubai office, ensuring proper management of inventory, supplies, and warehouse operations to support daily business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
  • Organize and store items systematically to maintain easy accessibility.
  • Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on shortages or excess.
  • Issue materials and supplies to staff as per requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the storage areas.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for timely replenishment.
  • Keep accurate inventory records and support regular stock audits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a storekeeper or in warehouse operations.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control practices and record-keeping.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse activities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and inventory software.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
