📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about company services, pricing, and processes.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues with efficiency and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after services are completed.
  • Support in building long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle customer issues calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or higher education qualification.
