Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading logistics and relocation services provider in Dubai, is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to manage and maintain all operational and administrative documentation. This position is essential for ensuring the accuracy, security, and timely accessibility of documents that support our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage electronic and physical documents including shipping papers, invoices, contracts, and compliance records.
• Ensure accurate document classification, numbering, filing, and retrieval in accordance with company protocols.
• Control the distribution of internal and external documents across departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor document versions and ensure only the most recent and approved documents are in circulation.
• Prepare, scan, and archive logistics documentation to support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in generating reports, delivery schedules, and supporting documents for logistics coordination.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure document accuracy and support smooth workflows.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in document management or office administration is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and experience with document management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities and the capability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Familiarity with logistics and shipping documentation is preferred.
