Office Manager
Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading name in relocation and logistics services in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys leading and supporting a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative activities to ensure the office operates efficiently.

Supervise office staff and delegate tasks to maintain productivity and workflow.

Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and office correspondence.

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on staff records, payroll, and office budgets.

Ensure office supplies, equipment, and resources are maintained and replenished as needed.

Handle vendor relationships and manage contracts and service agreements.

Monitor office procedures and implement improvements for increased efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Assist in onboarding new employees and supporting company events or activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the logistics, transportation, or service industry.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and office compliance standards.
